Great news! On October 30th, the two 10V/1000A Polarity Reversing Rectifiers we built for our client in Mexico have passed all tests and are on their way!

This equipment is destined for an industrial sewage treatment project in Mexico. Our rectifier sits at the heart of the process. It does two key things: delivers a powerful 1000A current and automatically switches polarity. This prevents the electrodes from fouling and makes the electrolysis process far more effective at breaking down pollutants. This helps customers remove heavy metals and other pollutants from wastewater more efficiently, making it a key equipment for achieving standard discharge and energy conservation and consumption reduction.

To ensure that this system can operate stably and be easily managed even in a foreign place, we have endowed it with a solid “intelligent” foundation:

1.RS485 communication interface: The device can be easily integrated into the central monitoring system of the sewage treatment plant. The staff can monitor and record the voltage, current and operating status of the rectifier in real time in the central control room, providing strong support for the automated operation of the entire factory area.

2. Humanized HMI touch screen: On-site operators can intuitively grasp all key data of the equipment operation through a clear touch screen. One-click start and stop, parameter modification, and historical alarm query have all become very simple, greatly enhancing the convenience and security of daily operations.

3.RJ45 Ethernet interface: This design provides great convenience for subsequent remote operation and maintenance. No matter where the equipment is located, our technical support team can quickly diagnose faults and even upgrade software through network connection, effectively shortening maintenance time and ensuring the continuous and stable operation of the sewage treatment process.
